Just wondering how long it takes to get a reply to a presales inquiry. I sent one about 24 hours ago?

pairote is usually very quick on turnaround (sales, inquiries or support). He must be extremely busy if he hasn't already replied. If not, I'm sure he will reply to you shortly.

yeah, I had many replies initially like 20 minute turnarounds on all of them. But when it came to order time (a large order), not sure what happened. I'm sure he'll reply soon, just wanted to know if anyone knew if he was out of town or something of that nature..
