I want to use lunarpages.com's reseller program (and considering domaintk.com). But I want to be able to change it's cpanel to Chinese, is that possible?

You need to ask your provider to install it for you and I don't sure if they are willing to do it for you.

Yeah i had the same problem. I think your best bet is to pick your provider accordingly, once you're with them, it's pretty hard to ask them to change stuff :)
