I am new to web designing. When you use rvSitebuilder software to make website, the progamming is done in HTML or PHP? as I am only interested in website designing in html only.
Secondly, is there hands on training session -class room type in USA or in India where one can learn how to use rvsitebuilder from a tutor or experienced professional? And if yes, how to find out the contact addresses?

If you mean the published website, the basic pages are coded in HTML (XHTML transitional compliance). For the scripting such as photo album, form mail, and any advanced component in the future are written in PHP.
