Hi, I've been playing with the demo and I am impressed.

One thing though at the top of the screen (in a section, maybe Our Services) I would like some quick links to some of the control panel features. Mainly phpmyadmin as it's very useful and why 90% of people go to the control panel.

Is this possible? From my tests I didn't think so as the Body Links required http:// to be present, where as if I did this it would surely only work for one domains control panel. http://testdomain.com:2032/etc etc

Is there a way to do this that i've missed, if it's not possible at all maybe a new feature could be to have a quick links section where you can duplicate buttons.

Sorry, this feature cannot be done. Each feature (icon) has to verify against the control list, if we allow the dynamic inclusion like you want, it will affect the loading time of the skin.
