template sanpshot blank

when my customer try to upload a imagem for option:

RVskin Template System - Snapshot

rvskin return a black page, no errors in browser, I try to see erros in logs of cpanel on server but not see anything, what is rason to this problem?

Package-Feature Manager dont work

Hello,

When I click on link Package-Feature Manager on WHM, don`t open, process start but don`t finish, I restart cpanel and kill manually process but problem continues.

I use last version of rvskin, and try to update forced now and dont work.

disable RVSB for a user no work

Option Disable RVSiteBuilder Lite for a user on a WHM of reseller don`t show any user login, this ocourring in all servers, is a bug or need a special configuration to this option work? option to disable for all users work normally.

Location of language files

I make translation of all words to my language, but now I cant found what is path of this translation is saved on server to move this to another server.

Please talk to me, I can send my translation work to you put in default system in next versions.
