Can you tell me whats the point in having an option to brand the product as our own - when on every page of the sitebuilder in the title it says "RVGlobalsoft"? There is no option to change this.

Customer gets this when trying to edit a page....

Found Javascript error. [Switch to HTML Editor.]

Error message : Permission denied.
URL : https://ip.ip.ip.ip:2083/3rdparty/rvsitebui...b0c8/htmlcode/1
Line : 286

I have no idea what would cause this and we get same problem also. Need a speedy response from support please.

Using latest version of rvsitebuilder.

What do I need to install on the server to ensure that the thumbnails are displaying in the photo gallery?

Was working before - customer was moved to a new server and now any new gallery she adds, the thumbnail is not showing - it displays a tiny empty box. If you click it, the main image is correctly displayed.

I'm guessing that we didnt install something that is required on the server. GD library is installed.

Any advice?

Just installing rvsitebuilder on a new server...

I get the errors about cpanel php settings...

QUOTE
RVSiteBuilder recommend PHP maximum amount of memory a script may consume 164 or above. Edit /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini and change "memory_limit=128M", and restart cPanel service (/usr/local/cpanel/startup).

I have done this - but every time I restart cpanel it automatically reverts back to the old setting of 128M. This is forced by a config somewhere in cpanel. In the "Tweak Settings" there is an option to change the cpanel php max execution time but not the memory limit.

I cant get past the Pre-Installation Check page - there is no option to continue.

We have a couple of blind users who use screen readers and they tell me that the site builder is impossible to use. There are no basic accessibility considerations.

Do you intend to improve this in the future?

Usually when designing a product like this, features for blind, or visually impaired users should be considered right at the start - and specific measures taken to make it easier for them.
