Suddenly it does not work to upload files with RVSkin - X3 works well

Hello,

Without any specific reason, client that use RVSkin can't upload files with File Manager any more. Switching to X3 it works without problem.

cPanel 11.24.4-R34387 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
Current RVSkin version : 9.16

Any idea?

RVSiteBuilder system backup logic

Hello,

I'm wondering if it is wise to even create cron that backups all RVSiteBuilder sites on server? I already have cron for backing up cpanels, but I'm wondering where site data for RVSiteBuilder sites are stored on server?

Any idea or suggestions regarding this?

Contact form error

Hello,

I'm running RV SiteBuilder on server with many clients on. For some clients, no matter how contact form is set, upon submitting message following error shows:


"The form was not submitted for the following reasons:

This was an INVALID submission. You have acted like a spambot!

Please click here to return to the form and try again. "


I have tried different settings in RVSiteBuilder, but it still doesn't work. It used to work in older RVSB versions.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me solve this because RVSiteBuilder contact form can't be used in this way.

Location of language file after upgrade from reseller to dedicated

Hi,

When I run as a reseller, I created a custom translation from RVSiteBuilder admin panel and assigned it as a default language.

Now I have migrate all accounts to own dedicated server, but translation doesn't show it self, both in admin panel and RVSiteBuilder for clients.

Where shall i place that file so that it works as before?

Does it have anything to do with the fact that the owner of account is not root, instead an specific user - the same as I run as a reseller.

Please help me with this.

Can't change 'Fantastico' text that appear in Fantastico p

Hello,

I'm using message editor to translate 'Fantastico' into something else. It works for Fantastico icon that appears under "Software" menu.

But when you click on that icon and enter Fantastico menu - at the top it still said "Fantastico" - "Use Fantastico to automatically..." etc.

Is it possible to even change this line?
