Customer Access for updates

I'd like to give access to some people I've created a site for without them going through my cpanel. Is that possible and if so how?

Hello,

I've created a site using a standard template. Then I've downloaded the all the site files using ftp and edited/changed the standard template images to my own, but obviously I need to do this every time I make changes to the site in RV. So my question is how do I save my site as a new template or change the images on my hosts "RV site builder" package so I don't need to keep over writing the image files every time I edit or update the site?
