Adding RSS feed from wordpress blog to RVsitebuilder website

How do I add a feed to my web site to show say the last 3-5 posts on my blog (just the first 2 0r 3 lines only of each post). I know the http reference for my blog but adding a link to that does not work. What do i need to do. I am not familiary with php etc.

How do add an Rss feed to my web site page to display the latest artilcles from my blog that is on Wordpress? I need simple explanation as do not understand html php etc. Only want or display 3-4 lines of about 3 or 4 articles on web site page.

Redirecting Domain Name and Search Engine Rankings

I have another .com domain name which I use on another web site with another hosting provider. If I close that account and redirect my domain name to my RVS site does a redirected domain name receive the attention of search engines?

Search engines and templates

As many of the templates appear to use tables or frames to hold and postion text and graphics, are these scanned by search engines?

Are certain types of templates more likely to achieve better search engine ratings than others? If so which type of templates are better?

Adding a blog link to navigation menu

Plse explain how I can place a item in my navigation menu so that visitors can click on the button for blog and the blog will appear. I have set up a wordpress blog and had the details confirmed as to sql database, urls etc. However, when I added a new page 'blog' to my pager structure in step 4 all that does is direct me to a configuration screen that has one box for Name.

How do I get a menu item linked to the blog? I am not a programmer/code so need to understand in simple steps that do not assume knowledge of php and sql etc but no doubt I shall learn.

I have not published my site yet as I wanted to make sure all the links and menu items worked which they do apart from the blog button.
