Multi-languages support will it also work with the basic Xtheme

Hi Whom

I been looking at a few products to see which one will work with the basic cpanel skins too. I do know it comes with skins, but say a customer wishes to uses the xtheme that comes with cpanel can they still uses the Multi-languages support with it?

Sorry, the langauge files for RV Skin and X skin is in the different format and it will not display in X skin.
