My situation (which I think is common);

I use ModernBill which auto-creates acounts with owner 'root' (I believe there is no way around this).
I do not want to give the root password to anyone I don't have to - but other members of my company like the designer or customer support person could really use a master password in thier work..

So I would like to be able to add another master password in addition to the account owner's. Or maybe have an 'alternate root password' option/field..

I believe that there is the way to fix this issue. I don't have much experience on it. By concept if modernbill require cPanel WHM remote access key, you can provide reseller's one. The created account should own by that reseller.

This have to be done by cPanel. It is quiet easily to do so, maybe in WHM/tweak.
