ip block list work sometimes incorrect Options

Hello all,

Some address was blocked even it was not add to rv_server_ip_blacklist. When they block, exim say following:

rejected connection in "connect" ACL: Host 64.12.138.8 is blocked

But, this addres not found in rv_server_ip_blacklist. What may happen? I check by grep other files in eximacl folder and above address not found.

Are this may be affect of using ip address mask (on CDIR standard). But, in this case we must block somesthing like 64.xxx.xxx.xxx/16(or other value), but we not block nothing bt CIDR mask which begin from 64.

Any idea will be highly appreciated.
