Customer gets this when trying to edit a page....

Found Javascript error. [Switch to HTML Editor.]

Error message : Permission denied.

I have no idea what would cause this and we get same problem also. Need a speedy response from support please.

Using latest version of rvsitebuilder.

We have fixed your issue in latest version. Please contact your host provider to update it and try again. If doesn't work, please submit support ticket at http://support.cpanellicense.com. Please include your cPanel login, so our staff can access to your account to test it.

The error above is on all my pages and shows them all to be blank'

I am fearful up updating my site for it will mess the whole site up
Any immediate would be very much appreciated. using version 4.35
Support ticket has also been submitted on this problem.

Please contact your host provider to update RVSitebuilder to the latest version(v4.36) and try again.
