1) Are there other skins we can use with RVSkins? We love the features, especially the ability to limit what our customers see/access. But we're not too crazy about the skins themselves (sorry!).

No. But there is a Template system where you can skin RVskin. Please test a look at demo.

The feature is in the beta stage though. Once it is stable, we will have a template catalogue where you can find the design suitable for your hosting company at a very small fee.

2) Can we replace/change the RVSKin icons with those that come with CPanel or our own? (we like 'em better)

For the current themes, no. But you can do it in template system.

3) How easy is it to customize our own pages? Any examples we could see?

Do you mean create the new page or customize the current page? For the new page, you can do it in 'Page Edtior'. Just put the html code, and done. Page created, and then place your page in the skin using 'Body Link'. In fact, you can link user to your page outside cPanel and do not need to create a page using 'Page Editor'.
