Email Not receiving from my site

I tried sending a "test" email message on the CONTACT page of my site, but never received it. How do I activate this?

I have tested it on our servers. But cannot generate the error you mention. I would suggest you to update to latest version and test again. If doesn't work. Please submit support ticket at http://support.cpanellicense.com. Please include your cPanel login and mail login, so our staff can access to your account to test it.
