Need Help with Step 6

Maybe I'm just dense, but I am totally confused by Step 6. The little explanations for each category (web page name, meta tags, etc.) are not much help to me. Is there any kind of tutorial anywhere explaining the what, why and how of each and maybe showing examples?

Hello. Anyone? I'm either the biggest dummie around and it's so obvious nobody has the heart to tell me or this step is giving alot of people trouble. Can anyone at least point me in the right direction? RVSiteBuilder??? rolleyes.gif

In step 6 you can name your page titles (The Blue bar in your browser).....Put in meta tags and meta descriptions.....if you google either you will find plenty of reading material.
