You need to have root access to the server to install the software. If you are reseller, you need to ask your provider to install it. Once it install, all resellers on the server will able to use it. However there is root can restrict which reseller authorize to use it in RVskin Manager for root.

It depend on the server spec. There is 2 different license; standard license and VPS license. As you are a reseller, I believe that you need a standard license which the first license cost $99.
