Date and time of the projects incorrect Options

Hi,

I noticed that the dates/times showed for the projects listed on the home page do not correspond to the time zone set on the server/cpanel.

Seems that the time zone is UTC but all time zone defined (server, cpanel, and even on /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini) are CET, which is not very important but confusing users with various projects (most users are in CET timezone).

Are there any way to define the time zone, to show correctly the last date and time of modification of the projects?
