Does this have any affect in regards to phishing? Can it control the influx of returned emails by MAILER-D's?

I am not sure that I am lucky or the spam filtering system block it. I don't get it for almost 2 monhts. Some Phishing already denied by HELO ACL, RBL and RAZOR2 (If you increase RAZOR2 scores, and set a proper denied threshold). The instruction provided on RVskin.com require high performance server. If your server CPU is slow, I recommend you config HELO ACL, and RBL. This will help you a lots.
