Hello,

On the webmail jump page where you choose your webmail client, there is some info in the box on the left hand side showing you the hostnames to use to access email.

For resellers that don't have their own IP/SSL, this exposes the server hostname (showing our domain), which isn't appropriate for some resellers.

Is there a way that resellers can choose to suppress this info? I can imagine we can do it at the system level, but this is something we would prefer to be in the hand of our resellers.

This was my first post here, so if this was in the wrong place or has been covered before - sorry about that. I couldn't find clues after searching hence the post.

We will provide the option in the near future. Work around for this is access to the end-user cPanel >> Email Management Tools >> Webmail Manager. Click advanced, and edit the default configuration profile. Uncheck the check box for Incoming Mail Information and Outgoing Mail Information.

Option to stay anonymous, such as hide the server host name on the email panel, on global configuration added on v9.50+.
