Setup an individual TRAC for an individual SVN on a single cPanel acco

Sorry if this has previously been answered (I searched), however, is it possible to setup an individual TRAC for an individual SVN Project. Cause at the moment, I'm aware its using one global trac for like all the SVNs; I'm wondering if I can setup permissions so users can only see the trac specific for their SVN instead of everything else. Hope this is quite elaborate.
