Changing between rvskin and cpanel skins

Is it possible after having rvskins installed on our servers that resellers can choose if they want to use rvskin or the regular cpanel skins?

Resellers can choose any installed theme for any account in WHM _IF_ you (the sysadmin) allow them to.
