Problems Ordering License

I'm trying to order a license for a VPS, and after I enter my IP address and click "Add license", it redirects me to a page that says "Shopping cart is empty."

How can I go about getting a license?

Nevermind,I figured it out.

I had a full cPanel license even though it was running in a VPS. I changed the license to a VPS and now it's letting me order.
