CPanel has no easy way of managing email forwarders, except adding them one by one which is not really very useful if you have many addresses you wish to forward.

In my case, I have a fairly large number pf spammers that email me using the same sender's email address, and I like to use the email forwarding option, :fail:, to reject email back to the spammer's mail server at SMTP handshake level.

When I saw the RVSkin "Import Forwarders" option, I thought it may be very useful, but when I tried to upload my file, there did not seem to be a way to select the ":fail" addresses.

If selecting ":fail"is not possible, then it would be such an improvement to RVSkin's already wonderful product to develop this feature. If more people used this technique, it would reduce spam bandwidth considerably.
