Hi,
I think that the RVSiteBuilder language and Web Site Language are not the same and seems that in RVSiteBuilder they are or at least have the same treatment. As far as I know when you change the language in STEP1 the RVSiteBuilder language also changes. This change could mislead to the users if the language that they want to their project is not translated, because may be they don't know English. For example: we are using Spanish translation (which we have customized) and it is the default language that we offer, when users, with Spanish and a non-translated language (say it XX) knowledge and without English knowledge, change the language project to XX cause that they don't know what they are doing because RVSiteBuilder show all text in English. To avoid confusion, at the moment, we don't allow to change language in STEP1 but then, when they publish, the information language site (like <html lang="es"> tag) don't match with the content if it's in XX. We know that one possible solution is to translate and customize all possible language, but it's a great effort that at the moment we can not permit. In any case this issue could be resolve if we have different configuration, one configuration to RVSitebuilder interface and other configuration to projects. Can it be possible? Any comment will be appreciated. Regards. -------------------- |

The current fallback language is English. There is a possiblity to configure it to other language. It is not easy to just switch the fallback language but we need to handle the new language key which usually in in English, custom translation, and etc. For now if your end-user do not understand English, the only option you have is disable changing language.
