SVN Module Doesn't Install

I try to integrate subversion and trac through the rv skin manager under integration and i get the following

* Subversion and Trac are not integrated.

How to integrate Subversion and Trac applications.

1. Go to shell with ROOT Access.
2. Run these command:

perl /root/rvadmin/installsubversion.pl

when I run the command I get

After I try to install subversion and the following shows

You already install subversion, please remove it first then rerun our installer again.

I did and still didnt work... I gave up and just installed subversion with webdav... sometimes I wonder why I got rvskin.... ex this intrigued me but doesnt work... and I am not the only one....
