Hi Pairote,
I have just installed ver 3.06 and found that the new BLOG option has made my firewall to flash red lights laugh.gif

Here is a list of the errors that firewall marked, it is the first time that RVSB is marked by the firewall:

QUOTE
File: /tmp/pear/cache/RVSeagullMod-1.0.1/modules/blogweb/www/bundled-libs/Smarty/libs/internals/core.write_cache_file.php
Reason: Script, file extension

File: /tmp/pear/cache/RVSeagullMod-1.0.1/modules/blogweb/www/bundled-libs/Smarty/libs/internals/core.rmdir.php
Reason: Script, file extension

File: /tmp/pear/cache/RVSeagullMod-1.0.1/modules/blogweb/www/bundled-libs/Smarty/libs/internals/core.load_resource_plugin.php
Reason: Script, file extension

File: /tmp/pear/cache/RVSeagullMod-1.0.1/modules/blogweb/www/bundled-libs/Smarty/libs/internals/core.run_insert_handler.php
Reason: Script, file extension

and a lot more...

It seems that the "core dot" is the one that is triggering the firewall because it thinks that is a double extension, I will tweak my firewall but just wanted you to know.

I am getting this same error from my firewall when the auto update tries to install this new program. Is there a fix for this?

Roger

On the last update this is what it reads:
QUOTE
August 22, 2008 - v3.07
- Enhancement: Prevent CSF/LFD false alarm when trying to install Pear library.

But it seems that this was not implemented, as I am still receiving the same error.

This problem has been resolved a couple months ago.
