I would like to add extra entries or to be able to delete entries on the online form addon. Thanks.

The original poster was actually posting this for me, on my behalf.

What I would like to know is there a way I can add custom fields when creating a online form to insert into my website?

The company that I own and manage, requires me to use certain submission forms, however, with the way it is, I cannot add custom fields.

You can do that on Step5, right click on the form object handler to edit it or click the online form to create the new one. You can add your own fields while creating the form.

You need to create the new form. The current one doesn't allow to add more fields after create it.

PS: We are integrating JotForm form builder engine (http://www.jotform.com/). It should be available by the end of March 2009.
