How long to receive order? placed order and not recieved...

Hello,

I placed an order for RVSkins today and paid by credit card, said delivery time of 10 minutes... Yet still no skins have been delivered. Sent email to pairote@rvskin.com and have yet to get a reply... Is there a reason for this delay? Please let me know, because I have a limited time frame for which I can install rvskins on my server(s)...

Hello... It has been over 12 hours since I placed my order... and I have not heard anything about it. I have emailed, still no answer. Its been far longer then the 10 minutes as promised for delivery as per the web site when I placed my order. What is the reason for this delay...?

I am really sorry. Usually license is activated immediatly. We just changed website and there is an error with payment system. And it's in the weekend, I cannot contact the programmer who did the website to correct the problem.

I have send you an email please respond me an email then I will activate your license immediatly.
