This whitelist is only for spamassassin but there are still several condition which block email such as RBL, SPF, invalid sender address, virus, invalid HELO, and etc. You will need to check the reason why the email was block and add the address to the appropriate whitelist file.

In this case whitelist added must work or not ? Thanks for fast help |

Hmm.. Your exim configuration is outdated. Please reset your exim to default configuration in WHM/Exim Configuration Editor. Reset exim to default might result to higher spam mail but it works well with per-account SpamAssassin configuration. If you don't want to reset it, you can add whitelist at /usr/local/cpanel/baes/eximacl/.

The second way (add whitelist at /usr/local/cpanel/baes/eximacl/) is only manual ? So the aren't way to give user a way to add whitelist by yourself ? Thank x support |
