Remove TRADEMARKS top link

There is a TOP LINK in all my CPANEL which says "TRADEMARKS"

How can I remove this TRADEMARKS top link? I do NOT want to remove all the links ..... only the one which says TRADEMARKS

You can disable it on RVSkin Manager/Config/Global configuration. It is available several months ago.
