sender id MSN rescue

I have done a lot of search around the internet and so far what i found to delivery legitmate emails to MSN / HOTMAIL is to send with it sender id, have your SPF setup your rDNS as well and if possiblem domkeys...

My question is: How can i add on the message when sending the sender id ?
