Hello,

With the new version of RVSkin (cPanel11), every time a user is accessing
cPanel, there is a popup Window asking for this:

Do you need help getting started?
Our Getting Started Wizard will guide you through basic setup steps and get
you up and going in no time

Is there any way to disable this popup window server wide?

There is no such feature. We will add option to disable this.

You can disable it in RVSkin Manager/ Config/ Global Configuration find the checkbox for 'Getting Start Pop-up'.
