visa payment problem can not pay using visa

hi there,

what is the problem with the payment site??

after i give all the information for the visa and the bank and submit it say wait while processing.. after that i got blank page, i don't know if it finish or not??

i don't have any problem with my internet connection, and my visa is OK. when i went to my account to see if the license is renewed it said that it still in the cart!!!

did the site deduct the payment from my visa?? should i do it again ?? or it will pay twise??

please fix this problem and the support tickets that you have i don't know how to use it, it is not accepting my login information or should i register with new registeration information?? stupid idea i think.

need help with that

Please try to pay again. The payment gateway often have a connection problem.
