Webmail now themeable

Now that the webmail interface is themeable (8.0.0 build 53 or later only), can you add this onto the roadmap? This is much needed.

Webmail interface is not fully themeable, right now we can only change the head images. Once the webmail interface is more customizable, we will back to it again.

It is available a couple of years ago. I just come to clean up the forums and close the thread.
