Sorry this may be a silly question answered elsewhere but I can't find it.
I am a long time RV user and trust pairote's great skills.
Like everyone spam is killing me so I have considered the spam solution install.

Only question. Is the whitelist server-wide or do individual accounts have control over their whitelist?
I couldn't handle all the whitelist requirements from my clients if they couldn't do it themselves.

If you follow my instruction, under cPanel there will be the icon to manage the Spam Whitelist, http://www.rvskin.com/index.php?page=public/antispam#6. But not all whitelist files can be configured on this panel especially those related to the sender side such as sender RBL whitelist and etc.
