I sent these to sales email, but have not received a reply. Not a good initial sign...

1) Can a new skin color be created? If so, is there a charge? None of the colors is even close enough to my color scheme.

2) How much are the annual update subscriptions?

3) Does this (or will it soon) support cpanel pro freatures? Will they be able to be turned off individually?

It depend on how difficult is it. I found your email, and the replied was sent.

It will support CPanelPro and you will able to turn off features by package or user account. You also able to control which features reseller able to set for their user.

Note: Feature control is only in Cpanel, the one you call through port 2082, 2083 not in Webmail on port 2095, 2096. I notice that box trapper will appear in Webmail interface and there is no way to disable it.
