static_route blocking with whitelist Options

I seem to be getting a huge amount of spam getting through where I deliver email via smtp static routes, how can I get exim to check the recipient address exists then fail it if not?

All these hjyfgjfj@domain.com for static routes are putting the server under load! all I need is a whitelist for each static route but how do I do this, could I just get it to lookup addresses in the valias for that domain?
