Spam problems, using antispam solution Options

Hi guys,
I really need a way to block a spammer that is identified by helo name... i cant block by IP because it is a NAT ISP.

Everytime he puts this helo name:

-helo_name H=(bombadil.ibest.com.br)
But his IP didnt resolves on bombadil.ibest.com.br.

What can I do to block bombadil.ibest.com.br from helo name?

Yet, how can I block emails that contains a certain text?
