Fresh Directadmin installation

I just installed a fresh copy of directadmin and rvsitebuilder pro. The installation did not produce an error and I can navigate through the steps of creating a website until I get to step 7. When I click on publish a new window opens however I am presented with raw html and the site is not published. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? This is my second post. My first post has disappeared and I have submitted 2 tickets over the past 1 1/2 week with no response. Is this software actively maintained?

We got your ticket, and our programmer has been working on it. So, please be patient a bit more as our programmers were off to New Year vacation and back to be available for support now.

It seemd that you has not received our reply on ticket. We cannot access by information you gave, please check ticket again and provide us the information.
