Well...It's not totally fixed.

Now it says: Sorry, the RVSkin Manager installation is uncompleted, please try it again.
Please run the command below.
# rm -f /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/rvversion
# perl /root/rvadmin/auto_rvskin.pl

RVSkins sometimes shows up but most of the time it says that even after I run the commands.

We have fixed completely by removing the following folders and files and terminating the rvadmin account and reinstalling it:
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvskinmanager
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_rvskinmanager.cgi
/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/rvversion
/root/rvadmin/
