hi, fail VPS Server

Hi, i am try order the RVSkin for my VPS server but it dont work.

It say that my ip not is an VPS.

What must i make?

I have fixed your issue.

PS: I cannot reply you the ticket because you submit the wrong email contact. There was the error

"The recipient cannot be verified. Please check all recipients of this"

when I tried to send you email.
